A Flicker in the Dark
A Flicker in the Dark by Stacy Willingham
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
I really enjoyed this book, I love psychological thrillers and this was just overall such a good who done it?! read.
The writing is great, it was a very easy read with short chapters but still pulling you in with every word on the page. You really keep going back and forth on who the killer is, although my first guess was right but I still kept switching back and forth because truly you suspect everyone, no one is off limits!
There were a few loose ends which left me feeling a bit unsatisfied because it had so much potential that could have been developed into more and just added to the story but overall it was a good read. Now I will be questioning things and I will never have answers... sad life.
If you love suspense mystery with a hint of thriller vibes then this is the book for you, this gives me similar vibes to Freida McFadden's 'The Locked Door'Regardless, which I also rated 4 stars. I will be reading her next book because I love a good thriller that throws you off and constantly has you guessing.
