Flawless
Flawless by Elsie Silver
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
RHETT EATON... that's it, that's the review.
4.5/5
This was my first Elsie Silver book and it did not disappoint at all. Flawless has become a favorite instantly after the first few chapters, I love me a cowboy and reading a cowboy romance just made it all the better. It brought me to my knees!!!! I’ll never get over it.
Rhett Eaton is a bull rider with an attitude problem, and here comes the perfect girl to make him snap out of it. Summer Hamilton works for her dad’s agency that represents him and she gives him the reality check of a lifetime since, it was deemed she would be the perfect fit for him to put him in check and make sure he keeps up a good appearance after having gained such a bad reputation.
The banter was… chef's kiss. The chemistry between Summer and Rhett? Was intense and I loved all the swoon worthy moments. Rhett needed a woman as strong as Summer who would push his boundaries and recognize that life has a lot more to offer than just being a bull rider and vice versa Summer needed Rhett to remind her that it’s okay to think about yourself and put yourself first in situations where she never would.
I loved these two together, they were mirrors of each other making them see what they both had and what the other lacked. They pushed themselves to be better for themselves but also for each other. Summer had a difficult life and seeing her come out on top after everything she endured just makes me love her even more, and I cannot wait to see how there story progresses and see who else the series are about.
I was raised in Florida at a young age before it was super packed like it is now in Kissimmee and at the time it was a very rural place and I loved it. Growing up with animals and going horse back riding and just riding free… perfect. I want a little farm one day so call me what you want. You can take the girl out of the country, but not the country out of her. I will be going to the rodeo soon to watch some cowboys! lol
